Nexlume is a slow-burning mind puzzle where you rotate glowing rows and columns to link matching orbs into soft constellations. Pick a shard, nudge its row or column, and watch three or more of the same hue bloom into light — each cascade kindling the board a little brighter. There is no clock chasing you and no scoreboard shouting at you, just you, the hum of the grid, and the quiet satisfaction of order rescued from chaos.
Yes. Nexlume is completely free, runs entirely in your browser and shows no ads inside the game. There is nothing to download or install - just drift in and start linking shards.
Click or tap a cell to select it, then use the arrow keys on desktop or the on-screen pad on mobile to rotate that row or column. Rotate until three or more matching shards line up and they bloom.
Align three or more shards of the same colour in a row or column and they bloom, pop and release light. New shards then drift down from above, which can set off chain cascades of extra blooms.
No. Nexlume is deliberately unhurried - there is no clock and no countdown, only the grid and your own pace. The game ends when the board is full and no three shards can be linked.
Yes, your best score is saved in your browser automatically, so you always have a quiet target to drift toward on your next session.
Early levels use four colours to ease you in. As you level up, a fifth and then a sixth colour join the grid, crowding the board and asking for longer, gentler planning.
